How to Develop A School-Based E-Learning Community

In this teaching pedagogy video, the teacher talks about how to develop a school-based e-learning community. The focuses of the teacher’s sharing include the cooperation and communication of the school team and the usage of resources. Facing the new mode of e-learning, teachers must adopt a learning attitude to try new technologies and keep pace with the times. The principal, curriculum officers and subject panel heads all take the lead in guiding teachers to learn new e-learning approaches through peer observation, technology exchanges and cooperation. At the same time, the teaching demonstration and other practical support they have provided become the driving force for teachers to strive for excellence.
