This video demonstrates an online Chinese history lecture, which also integrates Google Form for assessment. The topic is the reasons and significance of the unification of China by the Qin Dynasty. The lesson aims to cultivate the ability of students to express their opinions and objectively evaluate the merits and demerits of historical figures. The teacher mainly focuses on introducing the Reform of Shang Yang and adopts a video to help students understand the associated political measures. The use of group discussion and reporting aims to make students feel more engaged in the class. The teacher then summarises the reasons why Qin unified China from four aspects: politics, economy, diplomacy, and talents.
