透过影片，低班幼儿认识不同种类的昆虫及其特征、分辨「虫」字部件的字汇。老师让幼儿拣选不同昆虫，并观看关于昆虫的介绍。其后老师介绍「虫」字部件，再出示昆虫字词卡，让幼儿进行小游戏，找出有「虫」字部件的昆虫字汇。这影片适合幼儿教育老师、幼教职前学生收看。
