透过观看影片，高班幼儿能明白出大部分添加大量盐的加工食物都是不健康的食物，从而分辨健康和不健康的食物，并说出「肉月旁」的字。老师利用手偶与学生进行互动，又扮演营养师，透过食物金字塔展示不健康的加工食物。这影片适合幼儿教育老师、幼教职前学生收看。
