透過觀看影片，高班幼兒能明白出大部分添加大量鹽的加 工食物都是不健康的食物，從而分辨健康和不健康的食物，並說出「肉月旁」的字。老師利用手偶與學生進行互動，又扮演營養師，透過食物金字塔展示不健康的加工食物。這影片適合幼兒教育老師、幼教職前學生收看。
