透過影片，幼兒班的幼兒能認識水果（蘋果、橙、香蕉、西瓜）的外形和顔色。透過熱身活動及遊戲，孩子們能學習辨認不同水果的顏色，或是進食時發出的聲音。另外，利用農夫的故事鼓勵他們多吃水果，保持均衡的飲食習慣。最後，他們可跟從指示完成水果小手工，刺激幼兒的思考及想像。這影片適合幼兒教育老師、幼教職前學生收看。
