本影片是回應初中歷史科中三級課題十二的「二十世紀香港的成長與蛻變」內的基礎部分 — 「二戰後香港的蛻變與回歸祖國」。根據課程文件，相關課題內的學習重點在於戰後香港在政治方面的發展。這一次我們找到香港政策研究所副主席曾鈺成先生為我們介紹1980-2000年間香港的代議政制發展。同學在影片中可以留意訪問所介紹的香港於1980年代開始發展代議政制的背景、相關政制的發展歷程、所遇到的挑戰等。
